GPI Working Group (GPIWG)
A Green Port Initiatives Working Group (GPIWG) has been established with the following roles and responsibilities:

To oversee the progress of the Project and act as a focal point for stakeholder communication and data collection.

To represent the variety of stakeholder interests with respect to the Project.

To contribute to the identification of potential key performance indicators, based on the outcome of the Health Checks, against which to measure baseline performance.

To contribute to the identification of potential GPIs and the identification of stakeholders who would need to be involved in their delivery.

To provide input to the evolving structure of the GPPM and MHDPP.

To provide feedback to the Technical Project Team with respect to emerging deliverables to facilitate the production of outputs that are tailored to the end users.
